This thesis aims to analyze the political trajectory of the Reedification of
National Order Party (PRONA), an organization led by Eneas Ferreira
Carneiro. Founded in 1989 and existed until 2006, PRONA represented a
radical right alternative to the Brazilian democratic order, adding several
layers of Brazilian political conservatism and authoritariansm after the
end of Military dictatorship. Thus, the research is divided into two core
and complementary lines. First, is to analyze the diversity constituted by
the Party, that is, which paths were taken by a small party label that
sought to elect their leader as President. In addition, the research also
aimed at analyzing the circularity of ideas that permeated the political
party in question, particularly in the context of cooperation of the
Brazilian radical right and its precepts and conservative and authoritarian
values. In this way, seeks to analyze not only the trajectory of their own
party, but also their relationships on a national and international scale.

Resumo: Este trabalho tem por objetivo analisar a presença, intensidade e a importância do antissemitismo no integralismo em momentos distintos, isto é, a primeira e mais importante fase institucional do movimento, a Ação Integralista Brasileira fundada oficialmente em 1932, e os atuais grupos neointegralistas, que são pequenos grupos que, desde a morte do chefe nacional dos integralistas (Plínio Salgado), tentam rearticular as forças e os anseios de novos e antigos militantes na reorganização do integralismo, um dos principais movimentos da história política brasileira, marcado pelo discurso nacionalista, autoritário, fascista e intolerante. O antissemitismo, em ambos os contextos históricos, apesar de presente em diversas intensidades, constitui-se em um ponto de esquecimento da trajetória integralista, ao mesmo tempo em que se busca a utilização constante de alguns pressupostos de um discurso intolerante e preconceituoso contra os judeus, numa prática que leva em conta tanto o passado institucional integralista quanto as “necessidades” e limitações a tal prática existentes na sociedade do tempo presente.

After the end of the period of right-wing authoritarian regimes, Latin America experienced a period of political democratization. In each national context, this process proceeded with its implications, although there were similarities in temporal, general or particular characteristics. In this paper, our objective is to investigate the main strategies used by the extreme right in this political field and historical context, including the electoral goal. This issue will be analyzed from neo-Nazism during the democratic transition, addressing its diverse strategies and fields of action, which include urban youth cultures, anti-Semitic and the Holocaust denial literature also the attempts to organize political parties, with a particular analytical emphasis in the Brazilian aspect.

Abstract: The Reedification of National Order Party (PRONA), founded in 1989 and existed until 2006, was one of the main Brazilian radical right-wing political organizations that emerged in the early period called "New Republic". From the analysis of the foundation of this political party, this article aims to discuss the implications of the phenomenon that many authors have called as "embarrassed/shamefull right" in the initial phase of PRONA and at the first period of the presidencial campaign at 1989, in the candidature of Enéas Ferreira Carneiro, their main leadership.

Цель данной статьи – показать связь бюрократии ряда военных режимов стран Южного конуса с неофашистскими организациями и выявить сложность данного процесса.
Abstract. The Latin American dictatorships (from the military coups up to the regimes' consolidation) made possible the development of neofascism as a phenomenon and as a modus operandi. Целью данной статьи является исследование тех стратегий, которые применялись крайне правыми на политическом поле, в том числе в рамках электоральных процессов. Procurando trazer uma contribuição relevante ao campo historiográfico brasileiro, fugindo dos lugares-comuns e das retroalimentações tão presentes em nossa Academia, apresenta-se a seguir uma entrevista com um pesquisador de extrema relevância no exterior no que tange os estudos da extrema-direita e do conservadorismo. Andreas Umland, professor e pesquisador associado do Instituto para a Cooperação Euro-Asiática de Kiev, dedica-se à pesquisa sobre a extrema-direita, tanto ucraniana quanto russa, há quase vinte anos. Com uma trajetória invejável, Umland passou por universidades de reconhecida excelência, como a Universidade de Leipzig, a Universidade Livre de Berlim, Universidade de Cambridge, Universidade Católica de Eichstaett-Ingolstadt e a Universidade de Oxford. O destaque acadêmico que suas pesquisas têm lhe garantido transcendem as fronteiras da Ucrânia, garantindo a ele reconhecimento internacional em temas como fascismos, nacionalismos e ultranacionalismos, extrema-direita e partidos conservadores e conservadores revolucionários. Through the implementation of an Integral State of corporatist jurisdiction, the Brazilian Integralist Action (Ação Integralista Brasileira - AIB) anticipated the solution for national problems and disputes, specially those originated by socialism and liberalism. This study analyzes how the corporatist matter was depicted in the writings of the three main intellectuals and leaders of the movement (Plínio Salgado, Gustavo Barroso e Miguel Reale), and how Integralism interacted with the Estado Novo of Getúlio Vargas.

Procura ainda compreender como se dá o surgimento de teses que afirmam a inexistência do Holocausto e da existência de um suposto complô judaico de dominação mundial, ou seja, o fenômeno negacionista e os reflexos desta prática no Brasil, assim como os esforços de diversas categorias profissionais em salvaguardar a memória e a disciplina histórica das ameaças de falsificações intolerantes e discriminatórias.

presente trabalho busca, por meio de uma breve análise sobre a atuação do Partido de Reedificação da Ordem Nacional (PRONA) no cenário político nacional, estabelecer elementos que auxiliem na compreensão sobre como a referida agremiação buscou situar seu projeto e propostas de governo frente aos anseios de uma direita política extremamente fragmentada, justamente por conta do fim da ditadura militar. Objetiva-se, ainda, compreender como o PRONA buscou atuar como um partido de direita, ao mesmo tempo em que negava veementemente esta categorização.
